Our goals

We aim to revolutionise the Web3 labour industry by verifying, documenting and incubating freelancers as well as existing service providers. Bringing forward a new era of trust, transparency and collaboration.

We want to educate the masses - For free! Leveraging the collective intelligence of our freelancers, enthusiasts and expert consultants to create an open university focused on DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain technologies. Inspiring the next generation of Web3 engineers, leaders, and creators.

We plan to boost innovation while displacing bad actors.

Strategically auditing and incubating the sector to expose fraud and vulnerabilities while nurturing legitimate organisations will (gradually) help to improve the overall health of the Web3 sector. Helping people to better manage their risk exposure when it comes to their investments and work opportunities.

Architecture

OSYS uses an agent agnostic model to achieve flexibility and scalability with minimal internal staffing or overheads. Creating a semi-sustainable organisation that can shift to meet client demand without overly affecting key operations.

We leverage HR tech and unique frameworks to provide “smart” outsourcing services to our clients. Selecting suitable candidates from our talent networks.

Contracts

OSYS contracts act as receipts - Non legally binding agreements that set conditions for working agreements between two (or more) parties. OSYS does not have to be one of the parties noted in the contract - An external service provider may also OSYS as an intermediary when forming a working relationship with a third party. There are many reasons why OSYS contracts are attractive, from both a client and contractor point of view - Primarily, OSYS contracts are “open ended” and relatively flexible. Allowing clients and agents a chance to co-operate with minimal pressure or tension. Encouraging trust and communication.

OSYS contracts are crafted on a case by case basis, focused on nurturing a productive and healthy working relationship between two (or more) parties. Contracts can be modular or comprehensive, the client can select pre determined service packages or discuss their specific needs with a contract officer to ensure that they only pay for the services/product they require.

OSYS contracts are designed to be “split” and delegated to relevant people/departments. Breaking contracts down into chunks helps our agency to assign the right people to tasks that not only suit their skills but also their interests and professional development needs. Helping our agents to develop both their skills and a work portfolio simultaneously - similar to an apprenticeship.

Contracts are priced competitively against similar service providers. In some cases OSYS may match a quote from another verified provider. The services OSYS offers are indicative of the people/providers we have access to - This helps us to remain scalable, honest and transparent regarding our abilities. Some services may not always be available immediately upon request. If we cannot deliver a service, we may be able to direct you to somebody who can.
