Program timeline

PatchWork is an ongoing event, and may span the course of weeks/ months based on participation levels - We hope that this will be an ideal place to come to learn and potentially earn in your spare time. Gradually building your skills and networks as the course progresses.

Phase one - Evaluation

Each participant will be evaluated by OSYS, this evaluation may take into account previous experience, work portfolio, and testimonials (where applicable).

The evaluation phase allows us to assess the capabilities within the program, helping us to form micro organisations and match candidates based on their skills and interests.

Phase two - Networking

Participants will be divided into groups and assigned into teams based on their experiences, freelancers will be paired with existing service providers based on their evaluation, encouraging collaboration and new opportunities for all involved.

In the networking phase participants are encouraged to take part in live events hosted by OSYS, these events encourage team building, problem-solving, and hierarchy identification. Helping us to outline natural leaders and evaluate team dynamics.

Teams may be adjusted during the networking phase based on these findings. Ensuring that everyone benefits from their time in the program.

Phase three - Trials

Teams will be delegated tasks to gauge how they operate - These tasks will be team-specific and tailored to their specific skills. Teams who complete tasks to a high standard consistently will be offered an opportunity to join our team as subcontractors, receiving incubation under the OSYS brand.
