Here at OSYS we love to push boundaries. While we are primarily focused on our clients and the community, a lot of effort has also gone into our internal frameworks and organisational structure to ensure that we can scale to the needs of our clients in a cost-effective and sustainable way. In this document we will discuss more about how we plan to leverage NFT technology to push that even further while also exploring some additional applications.

OSYS was formed with the intention of facilitating more efficient outsourcing in the Web3 sector by using agent agnostic models and smart outsourcing. There were two primary issues that we aimed to solve:
These issues inhibit both individuals and organisations in the Web3 sector. OSYS aims to solve that by leveraging our own products and expertise to encourage seamless collaborations between our ambassadors and partners.
OSYS solves the trust issue by giving each vetted freelancer a unique NFT with metadata pertaining to their level of expertise in selected fields as well as an overall reliability rating. Reliability ratings range from 1 to 10 with one being the least trustworthy and 10 being the most.
Anybody can mint an NFT ID, performing a basic self-evaluation grants a basic reliability rating of 5. Ratings can change based on peer-reviewed work. Additional personal evaluations (including KYC) and other trust-building activities can greatly increase a user’s reliability rating.
These ratings are not indicative of the individual’s experience or knowledge, simply their consistency and productivity as well as their personal accountability.
High ratings increase the likelihood of selection for outsourced work. OSYS may build a team for a contract, the client can also choose from our list of freelancers if they wish. This allows OSYS to outsource in a smart and data-driven way - Performance metrics and reliability scores are key aspects to consider when forming inter-party relationships between freelancers and organisations. We want to ensure that both freelancers and clients enjoy and benefit from working with OSYS, NFTs and smart outsourcing allow us to do just that.
Using NFTs allows for individual wallets to be credited from contracted work in a more efficient and automated way. Making payroll easier allows OSYS to scale easily and increases our potential throughput. NFT ID cards can also empower freelancers, we want people to be proud of their trust ratings. These IDs allow freelancers to showcase their work portfolio as well as their reliability and productivity metrics to prospective employers. Helping them to kickstart their Web3 careers and negotiate for more suitable salaries.
These NFTs also increase transparency and accessibility for projects looking to outsource work - OSYS can also provide more in-depth information regarding the ambassador and their work with these prospective employers with permission from the individual. Higher reliability and experience metrics also grant NFT holders the ability to have a weighted say in the peer review stages of work submitted by others. Ensuring that only those who are trusted and reliable can shape how content is ranked or credited. Peer review processes and constructive criticism helps us to form deeper collective intelligence. When experienced and trusted individuals have the ability to shape how our community intelligence is applied great things happen. Whilst also protecting against external influences.
Our top ambassadors will be vital instruments in the onboarding and mentoring of new freelancers and enthusiasts. In order for this to be done in a verifiable and trusted way mentors need to be able to verify themselves and should be traceable in cases of misconduct. NFT IDs can also be used to track referrals and community participation if implemented correctly, giving OSYS a clear picture of who is contributing the most. These top ambassadors will be rewarded for their contributions through multiple programs to ensure that contributors benefit from successful partnerships and growth in a fair and data-driven way.
Freelancers can earn points based on their contributions and reliability ratings as they progress - Earning points when they reach specific milestones - These points can be exchanged for OSYS products, services, or exclusive resources. Or can be used to upgrade your NFT
Upgrading an NFT can grant access to additional perks and products offered by OSYS and our partners. Upgraded NFTs can be purchased with digital assets rather than “points” (this will not affect reliability or trust ratings). This model allows people to gain additional benefits by leveraging their skills and talents rather than paying. We think that this is a fair approach and adds a little gamification to the freelancer process. Allowing for more engaging and empowering career progression for our ambassadors.
We are confident that the use of trust metrics and NFT IDs can change how outsourcing is depicted and utilised in the Web3 space. We aim to bring trust, transparency, and efficiency into the sector and we believe that NFTs may be an ideal medium.
Products/Services
NFTs can also be used as proof of purchase in regard to OSYS products or services. These NFTs contain metadata regarding the purchase as well as the client. NFT contracts can also be used to verify that a service or product has been officially distributed to the client by OSYS - Protecting against imitations and false claims regarding an OSYS partnership. Helping to ensure that our work is transparent, verifiable on the blockchain and that those involved are traceable.
We want our partners and clients to be proud to be affiliated with us. NFTs signify that partnerships have been made and they are a perfect way to verify and log these relationships on chain.
By using NFTs as proof of purchase OSYS can track how and where our products are being used. This will help us to better distinguish target audiences and further tailor and improve these products based on this data.
Once you have purchased a product you will have the ability to contribute peer review and optimisation processes as it develops. In some cases where experimental or incomplete products are offered, early purchasers may be able to earn a commission from future sales as an incentive. This helps builders and those wishing to offer products through OSYS a chance to crowdfund and test their products in a mutually beneficial environment.
NFTs can be offered through OSYS when selling a product. For example, somebody wants to sell or license a handmade trading algorithm or bot framework. With OSYS they can tokenise these products and offer them to our clients and communities through our custom suite, this allows them to distribute their product using a zero-knowledge proof to their clients with OSYS acting as the intermediary. The client will be able to use the product through our platform without being given its exact specifications, this allows builders to test and licence their products while protecting their intellectual property.
This allows users to make the most of these products without needing specific experience or technical expertise, our product platform will host a variety of tutorials and tools to help users to get the most out of their products.
