OSYS Labs is an experimental branch of the Turing team - Focused on leveraging experimental technologies to improve the Web3 sector.
Here at OSYS we love innovation. We want to stimulate and drive forward the Web3 sector by helping to develop groundbreaking technologies and concepts. Our lab technicians are avid programmers and data analysts, constantly pushing the boundaries of code and neural networks to deliver innovative yet accessible products to our partners. OSYS believes that automation and AI can revolutionise blockchain security, analytics, and asset management (on both individual and organisational levels).
The majority of our Lab work comes in the form of research and development geared towards OSYS and our partners. The Labs team may however be contracted to work on specific products or services in other projects as part of our outsourcing initiatives.
OSYS Labs aims to offer a wide range of finalised products, including trading bots, anti-price-manipulation mechanisms, and an AI crypto companion.
Funding for OSYS Labs comes from product revenue and service contracts. As well as donations from organisations and individuals.
Lab services are priced and contracted differently due to the experimental nature and complexity of the work involved. Contracts of this type are open-ended and may not be fully refundable. By contracting the Labs team you accept that you may not receive a “perfect” or complete product, and you may not receive it within your desired timeframe.
OSYS always strives to complete contracts in a timely and professional manner. Our Labs however are not able to promise the same consistency due to the innovative and experimental nature of the work involved. We feel that being upfront about these limitations is essential.
Developers are valuable assets, their time is equally valuable also. Experimental development takes a lot of time, commitment, and resources. Most teams have a small handful of developers on board, these developers should be solely dedicated to maintaining the project and its systems. Experimental development should not detract focus away from essential systems or the project as a whole.
