The OSYS Ambassador program is designed to host freelancers and service providers. Both organisations and individuals can participate in this program.
We operate similarly to an agency except we combine both our dedicated teams and freelancers to complete contracts. Our clients can benefit from more efficient and tailored services through this design, and our ambassadors can benefit from flexible and sustainable workflows.
Becoming an OSYS ambassador requires no previous experience. However, those with pre-existing skills are more likely to be selected to participate in our contracts.

OSYS ambassadors are encouraged to collaborate with each other to provide our clients with an efficient service. Participants gain valuable experience by working with our specialised teams, we can also provide references for our freelancers if they wish to seek employment elsewhere in the future.
It is in our best interest to ensure that our talent pool is engaged and well informed when it comes to Web3 evolutions and principles, we will be providing ambassadors with access to mentoring from experienced team members and guest speakers. While also offering bounties and incentives for participants to encourage participation.
By doing this we aim to create a network of talented individuals and inspired communities that we can leverage to deliver high-quality services to our clients as well as improving the wellbeing of the sector as a whole.
Participants will be divided into 3 categories based on their interests and skillsets, different teams will be offered different contracts/bounties to suit their skills. This allows OSYS to create a motivated and specialised decentralised workforce, which helps OSYS to attract contracts that we can then offer to our ambassadors. This creates mutual benefits and helps us to expand the reach and capabilities of both the OSYS organisation and our ambassador network.
OSYS will select suitable candidates from our internal teams and ambassador networks to complete contracts. If selected you may work with the OSYS team or one of our clients alongside a contract officer who will guide you through the process.
